So you ask, how can I be more present in life?  Here are a few tips that you can implement into your daily routine.

  • Do everything slowly and deliberately
  • Take time to reflect
  • Spend time each day doing nothing
  • Stop worrying about the future — focus on the here and now
  • When you’re communicating with someone, listen carefully
  • Eat slowly and savor your food
  • Appreciate your life

Like the saying goes, practice makes perfect.  Take some time to practice these techniques and soon you will begin experiencing more peace in your life.
